Your ideas on improving the town centre

Our aim is to encourage the public into the town centre. The weekly market and monthly farmers market certainly help but we're keen to do more. Quite simply, what ideas do you have that might bring the visitors in?

I know that in Reading there are 'events' going on in the main street all day such as kiddies roundabouts, buskers etc. Is the same true of Wokingham? Inviting street entertainers etc is a great way to engage people and making a visit town more pleasurable - and memorable.
